How I trained my pet
I got Dono when he’s 12 weeks old. The moment he got home I put a newspaper on the concrete and constantly reminded him (like he’s a real kid) that the spot is going to be his toilet. I never shouted at him when I was training him, when he miss I just gently touch his head and tell him not to do it next time then bring him to the newspaper and remind him once more to do it there. After a few days my friend knows where he should and should not. It’s so funny that he is so delicate that he only does it in clean newspapers so I make sure I replace the newspaper whenever it’s wet, otherwise he will hold it until he could no longer stop himself from doing it on the floor.
My friend also sleeps on my bed and surprisingly he never wet my carpet even if my door is locked and could never go out to his toilet during wee hours. At about 6am, my friend wakes me up by jumping out of the bed and trying to reach the door knob, and of course he couldn’t so he comes back to me and stare at me with his right front foot touching my hand desperately trying to wake me up. When I turn on the other side of the bed, he’ll go running to that side and stare at my face once more and touch my hand. So I will get up and open the door and he’ll be running like Flash towards his toilet made of newspapers.
He’s really funny and smart! He’s also a jealous boy, he wants all the attention and if he does not expect that he’ll lick your face until you finally look at him and hug him.
The secret to training your pet is to give them genuine love and care, I don’t know but they seem to feel your sincerity!
